- We read everything public about a business and turn it into one report you can actually sit down with. Reviews across every platform that carries them, state filings, permits, licensing, county records, the Google listing your customers see, the website they land on. Then we tell you what it adds up to.
- Who reads it and writes it?
- Software gathers the public records and drafts the report. Our team at KYSB reads every report before it is delivered to your portal, and we email you when it is ready. You can also save any report as a PDF from your portal. There is no tool for you to log into and operate.
- What do you get?
- A report on a business of your choosing, plus a comparison report covering more than one business. It is delivered to your portal, where you can go back to it whenever, and we email you when it is ready. You can also save any report as a PDF from your portal.
- Does it have to be your own business?
- No. Most people start with themselves, because that is the report that changes how you see the rest. After that it is your call. A competitor, a location you are thinking about, the place that opened down the street.
- Where does the information come from?
- Public sources, all of them. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Comptroller, TABC, state licensing and permit records, county appraisal districts where they publish, US Census trade-area data, domain registration, and the business's own website. If a source could not be checked on a given run, the report says so rather than staying quiet about it.
- Is any of this made up?
- No. Everything in a report comes straight from the sources we pulled, and when a source cannot be read, the report tells you so.
- How long does it take?
- The first report lands within a few days of you filling out the form.
- What does it cost?
- There are a couple of ways to work together depending on what you need. Tell us about your business and we will talk it through.
- What happens if you stop?
- Your account and your reports stay available for 90 days in case you come back. After that they are deleted.
- How do you start?
- Fill out the onboarding form. It asks about your business and what you are trying to understand, and it takes a few minutes.
