What KYSB does

KYSB generates reports about businesses by gathering public information, such as reviews and Texas public records, and synthesizing it into a readable summary. Reports are produced with the help of automated tools and AI synthesis.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use KYSB.

Acceptable use

When using KYSB, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Use reports to harass, defame, or harm a business or person.
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its output except as the service is intended to be used.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security, or overload our systems.

Reports are informational only

KYSB reports are for general information. They are not professional, legal, financial, accounting, or business advice, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment or for advice from a qualified professional. Reports are built from third-party and public data that may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on a report.

Credits, billing, and refunds

• Credits. Reports are paid for in credits. A report on one business is 50 credits; a comparison is 50 credits plus 25 for each additional business. The exact cost is shown before you generate a report.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. A share of unused monthly credits rolls over to the next period, as described on the pricing page.
• Top-ups. Top-up credit packs are available to active subscribers and do not expire.
• Cancellation. You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Failed reports. If a report fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Completed reports are not refundable.

Intellectual property

KYSB and its branding, software, and design are owned by us. The reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. Underlying public data remains subject to its original sources and their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

KYSB is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYSB and High-Key Adventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
