- What's a credit?
- A base report (the v1 default) is 50 credits for a single business. A comparison is 50 credits plus 25 for each additional business: 75 for two, 100 for three. Your first single-business report is on us: every new account starts with enough credits to cover one, so it costs you nothing. You'll see the exact cost at the confirm step before generating. Richer add-ons that push reports higher are coming in v1.1.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Partly, yes. A share of your unused monthly credits rolls into the next month: 35% on Explorer, 50% on Operator. Top-up credits are separate and never expire, so they're a safety net for the busy months.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel in the billing portal and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
- What if a report fails?
- If a report fails to generate, the credits are refunded to your account automatically. No action needed. Completed reports aren't refunded.
- I run an agency or need bulk reports.
- We'll set you up with a custom plan. Use the contact link on this page, tell us your volume, and we'll tailor something that fits.
- How much of Texas is covered?
- KYSB works for businesses across Texas today. Our Texas public-records enrichment (TABC alcohol permits, Texas Comptroller filings) is statewide and adds detail you won't find elsewhere. We keep deepening local coverage as we grow.
